Return & exchange Policy
- Returns & exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
- The returned item must be in a re-sellable condition with no makeup/deodorant stains, and must be unwashed and unused.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged; intimates, swimwear, accessories and ALL discounted/sale items.
- Customers are advised to inspect their products upon receipt and notify Style Saka Emporium through the return centre of any defects within 3 days of receipt and the item must reach Style Saka within 7 days from the date of notification.
- Customers are liable for the shipping costs of returned items.
- Style Saka will examine the item upon receipt and notify the customer through an email if they are legible for an exchange or a refund.
- Please note, availability of the same replacement item is not guaranteed.
- The refund will take 15 days for customers who are legible for a refund and it will be through the original method of payment.
- Original shipping is not refundable
- Items legible for exchange will be shipped within 5 days
- Colors and clothing patterns may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.

CANCELLATIONS
You may email us at info@stylesakaemporium.co.za up to 24hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.
After this time we regret that it may be too late for your order to be cancelled.
