Return & exchange Policy Returns & exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective, incorrect or damaged upon receipt. The returned item must be in a re-sellable condition with no makeup/deodorant stains, and must be unwashed and unused. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged; intimates, swimwear, accessories and ALL discounted/sale items. Customers are advised to inspect their products upon receipt and notify Style Saka Emporium through the return centre of any defects within 3 days of receipt and the item must reach Style Saka within 7 days from the date of notification. Customers are liable for the shipping costs of returned items. Style Saka will examine the item upon receipt and notify the customer through an email if they are legible for an exchange or a refund. Please note, availability of the same replacement item is not guaranteed. The refund will take 15 days for customers who are legible for a refund and it will be through the original method of payment. Original shipping is not refundable Items legible for exchange will be shipped within 5 days Colors and clothing patterns may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions.
